1. My sphere of influence acts upon the learners as it not only impacts but also reflects in their actions.
2. Parents and teachers are also highly influenced by the strategies you use and imbibe and share the same in outside classrooms. They use it with their peers as well as their relations.

Everything else- Who and what are under your control
Well, I believe first we need to be in control, and as and when we achieve that through various ways, our learners and our team who shares and create ideas are under your control!
