Children being prejudice is much worse because, it brings out the evil in children, and they should treat others with kindness and innocence.

#2 Its less acceptable for a child to say the N-Word than an adult and while both are not correct if a child says it then it means that the parents of that child have taught it that the word is acceptable and that it is okay to say in life when it is not.

It can be more disturbing for a child to say that word rather than an adult, because the child had to be taught that word, probably by their parents and they were taught to be racist and children don't generally say bad words, so for a child to say a really bad word like that is also really surprising

Usually in order for someone to learn an insult, someone else that they respect enough to trust had to have taught them it, like a parental figure or another friend. 
2. A child's prejudice can be more frightening because the chance that they'll grow out of it and learn that it's bad is smaller since they grew up with it. It also tells us that at a young age they were already exposed to such hate, and now they think that it's normal.
