A journey from home to Khairul Bekam Enterprise it took 8 hour to arrive at this company by taking the Bus Pancaran Matahari . Actually this is my friends business, every semester break I always spend my time doing part time job with him .It helps to improve well on wellness knowledge in specific. 

Let me introduce a little bit about his company. The cupping method of this company use it Islamic Cupping and Islamic Massage .This cupping proses take about one hour or 30 minutes. Its acyually only for male customer /patient but when I came here every time I free this offer is also open to women .The demand of cupping for women in the State Negeri Sembilan was higher than man. This because nowadays people so concern on health and wellness in their life. Khairul Bekam Enterprise also had other business that is Khairul Cleaning Car seat. This company was on the process changed their name to the Khairul Services Enterprise. This is because based on my opinion my friends said he want to make car rental services soon.So I give him and idea to go to SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) to make changes on this company name be Khairul Services Enterprise .

I started my SIEP at this company today officially as student Of University Malaysia Kelantan. I started at 2 pm after my take my lunch meal then, we go to the Seremban and Tampin State, and we had cleaning seat services there. The car we had to do our services is Proton Ixora and Myvi .The Ixora was being charged RM130 excluded transport charges .while Myvi RM90 excluded transport charges.  

Both of the seat car had just moderate dirty .so it just take only 1hour for one car. After that,we go to the chemical shop to buy chemical soap for the cleaning services. Unfortunately my friends forgot to buy, after that he send me back to my rental room at pekan  rembau near with his house ,we take a rest and meet tomorrow morning .

21 August 2019 

This morning we had to wake up early in the morning because today journey quite long and tiredness. At 7 o’clock we go to Gemas State near SMK GEMAS,we had to cleaning teacher car from that school .The car we must cleaning is Honda Civic ,After that,we continue to another palce that is Gemecheh , this owner of this car is an Ustaz of Madrasah Hanafiz ,Then,after lunch hour we continue to Palong and arrive at 4 pm ,we had to do cleaning services of Iriz cars .Lastly our journey was ended at Seremban State , for the last cleaning services. I arrive my room at 9pm after dinner meal.

7o’clock we started our journey go to Port Dickson for two demand on the cleaning car seat services at that state. The car we had was Nissan Almera and Myvi . We did our services finish at 3 pm and we continue to Alor Gajah for Cupping services ,the patient was male, had diabetes illness ,he feel not in well ,feeling had headache so badso he make an appointment to do Islamic Cupping today . After the cupping process he feel so good  ,he was our old customer ,before this he had do the Islamic Cupping one in month ,this 3 month he so busy on his work . 

Then we go the our last point that is Seremban for cleaning services .We had to do cleaning services on Alza car because one  of student of kindergarten had did a pee in the car seat . So the demand was cleaning the back seat of the car and the charges was RM50. After that we go to Hospital Tampin, my mom’s friends was admitted to the Hospital because of miscarriage.

 23 August 2019 

            We started quite late at 8 am our journey to PD for Islamic cupping for female .This patient only want to do face point cupping because she feel her face so dirty and oily . While I’m doing my jobs my friends did an advertisement on Facebook Pages and personal Facebook for and advertisement about our services .Our services is HOME TO HOME services .we go to the customer house after they make an appointment with us and give us the detail, name, and their locations .Then, we had a breakfast at Senawang stall that sold Mee Kari and Nasi Lemak .the price was affordable too. After that, we got to the Taman Satria for cleaning services. We clean Myvi car .Then we go back for my friend Jummat Prayer.

My off day. Today I’m just doing my cleaning clothes and stated doing my BMC (Businesss Modal Canvas.Go to pekan rembau to buy so food and some thing. My friends had a work at his home for cleanliness and pick up the thing to other place.

25 August 2019 

            Off day .so I decided to go to Farmasi Aiman,Nilai to buy my Dianz Vitamin had left just to tablet ,then buy my lunch and did my clothes flip while watching Television . Actually today we got a big fight just a because of misunderstanding of the detail of customer, so today we just did a simple preparation for tomorrow. We meet up at night to explain  and forgive own mistakes and plan to make sure no more misunderstanding happen again by make up the plan by who will control on the customer message and who will post the adverstiment to attract the customer

 After the big argument yesterday we decided to started in half day started at 12 pm at noon after lunch hour went to Senawang  for cleaning services and we went to Terminal 2 Seremban for watching Boboboiy  movie at night for relaxing our mind maybe we are tired of our emotions and energy 

  Today we went to Melaka at the 9 am because car had a problem on the air Cond functions so we arrive at 12 pm at decided to make the first pit stop at the first nearest Mosque near our location, after zohor prayer,I didn’t lose an chance  buy some “Goreng Pisang” and “kuih keria” made from original Melaka State near the small stall ,while on the way to the location we had a small talk about my SIEP project while eating the kuih. We arrived the location at 3pm ,we did cleaning services from viva car ,this car wanted to sold to other owner tomorrow so the customer decided to cleaning the inside the car before sold it ,an finish it at 4 pm ,then we continue our journey to Seremban .

 We arrived to Seremban at 5.08 pm, we got the last minute appointment to cleaning services for Nissan Almera cars, owned by the Indian women. First step after open the door I found the two big dogs on the house .Actually I ‘m so frightened and nervous but luckily the customer take the dog and keep it in the house and be lock up. After half an hour we did our services, unfortunately the weather being rain heavily,so we decided to stop for a while for safety factor while working with the electricity machine . Then we had a small talk with the family customer and ask about this business while waiting the rain being slow. After the rain being slow we continue the last part on cleaning, then we managed to finish it at 7.25pm 

28 August 2019

            Today we had to start our journey early because yesterday my friends said all day had be booked today so first we had to do to Seremban ,Mantin, Nilai but unluckily when we had stop full our car with full tank both customer from Seremban and Mantin didn’t reply our message on the location of the house .We so frustrated ,I can see my friends face so down ,so I ask him lets go take our breakfast nearest there ,we had breakfast and Seremban Mee Curry before this, while eating my friends said he so feel annoyed so he decided to going back home and continue for sleep , but Allah has a power right, while we on the way to get back home .

 

We got a call from Indian man ,who worked as driver vans for factory company to pick up the employee go and back to their home, he asked us  about our time ,if we had a free time ,pleases come to Kampung Gadek ,we asked us to do a cleaning services on his cars . The car we need to clean was his Kancil   he used. 

 

Then, we finish to go back to our home but my friends say he didn’t want to disappoint his customer at Nilai. We arrived Nilai at 1.30pm, as we arrived we was surprised because the customer was on the shop rental house not on his house, so we had a big problem on the support extension plug and the water supplier.

 

            Unfortunately our extension plug was broken then we asked our customer did he ask other extension plug,he said he had but only on 3cm long ,so we had to go to the nearest spare part shop to buy the cable plugs .the new wire and a few thing like screwdriver and other new extension plugs ,after 15 minute we managed on the electricity support and water supplier we started our works . We cleaning the Iris car, that was a car to make the rental cars business, the cars had the worst dirty because of slip of the ais on the seat, and the cars so smelly. We managed to finish our task at 3pm, then we stop to buy jambu batu juice before going back to Seremban to continue our jobs. 

 

 We did go to Senawang to continue the cleaning services .It was Proton Iriz car. The was slip of water on the seat, so he want to clean the seat before the seat got so smelly because of the Milo water .He was the guys who work as manager of Astro at Senawang . Furthermore, he also did promote our services to his friends. After we managed finish our work,he told us that his friends want to use our services to and she decided to use on the same place, but we suggest to his friends let us go to her place because we do not wat the seat become worst after cleaning services. We go to Tesco Seremban to perform our Asar and then we make a pits stop to buy the bombolonis donnut and karipap curry.

 

            After that, we decided to go back to our home to take a bath before continuing the work .After Maghrib prayer we started our journey to Pasir Panjang after requested from customer friends before this .It’s complicated services on night because we had high difficulty on doing cleaning on that time. It’s not easy to do that because we do not have support on the light and not clearly see the dirtiness and how to overcome that problem.  Fortunately the porch had the light to support our work while working on the cleaning service. Actually I was not on purpose did slip the soap cleaning to many on the cars ,my friends get mad to me ,he said it will make the seat difficult to dry .

 

 

After an hour , we did a  cleaning services ,we went back ,while on the way to get our dinner ,he told me about the  issue just now ,he advised me on how to do the cleaning services on the night .I’m just said sorry on my behalf .After we had a late dinner and long talk while eating ,he said me back to my rental room .Surprisingly , after arrive we shocked because suddenly the celling was leak  because of the raining so heavily and make all the floor full with water until on my bed . So we had to make a cleaning services to make the water to easy to dry. It takes about half an hour to clean the floor before get to sleep.

            Today we started early at 7pm senawang to did the cleaning services for the Proton Alza ,After that, we continue our journey to Nilai for the car cleaning services ,because the owner said he will be late so we decided to take lunch first ,so we just take KFC meal for our lunch . After eating and perform zohor Prayer .After 2pm we started our works for the cleaning service. After two hour we nedd to go Tampin for the last customer today, the cars we need to clean was Nisaan Almera and Myvi both car took two hour 45 minutes, it so tired ,and we going back and sleep so soundly.

Actually today was OFF day, so I’m just stay at home finish my BMC log SIEP and suddenly we had last minute work at morning for Islamic Cupping (Bekam) and afternoon going to work at late tea time, but after Magrib customer told us that he wanted to cancel it because he had an urgent matter to do, we was so disappointed because we was the nearby to the location and need to going back to home.

31 August 2019 

 At 12pm we started to go Seremban 2 for cleaning services .We managed to clean Honda City,it’s took an hour to deep cleaning the car seat .After that, we went back to home and continue our works after Maghrib prayer  at Sendayan for Islamic Cupping (Bekam) .He was the first customer trying the Islamic Cupping (Bekam) , his wife also wanted to try but now she was 3 months pregnant ,after that we had some chat and ate night tea before get  back at 11pm . Then before get back home I requested for burger for night supper, then we stop nearby to burger warung nearby the roadside and buy it .The tastes so good.

1 September 2019

Last night, our customer call us for our services for cleaning services his kids was vomit on the cars .They came from back to Johor on the ways back to their home in Rembau, so they need our service early the morning, eraly in the morning thisday we came to their home for cleaning services .The car that we need to clean was Myvi .We was so shocked was see the condition of the car, on the seat had a few amount of the Milo, junk food and the vomit kids. It took 2 hour to clean the car ,After 2 hour we sit for the rest ,and had some talk with the customer ,they invited us to take mee sup for breakfast but we had to just say thank for the invitation because we was on rushing to go to Port Dickson .

 

             We arrive to Port Dickson at 11pm because stuck with jammed, the customer was a teacher who worked at SMK Port Dickson, he stay at the Villa Coutryside near the Port Dickson beach. The cars condition is only little smelly and dirty so it just take only 45 minutes to clean up the Honda Civic cars .En Fardi invited us for lunch treat at the nearby restaurant ,we had to say thank you too ,because we had to go to Jelebu state for two more services .

 

We arrived at Jelebu at 1.45 pm the we was on rushing to go the first location there before the tome Zohor Prayer ended, the owner of the Honda Accord was a ustaz who worked at Madrasah Seremban,it tooksan hour to make the cleaning done .Then we need to go to Klinik Kesihatan Jelebu, but before that we as Muslim must perform our responsbilites ,tso after perform prayer ,and rest we straight went to Klinik Kesihatan Jelebu for the Alza Cleaning Services ,this owner works as Army at Port Dickson ,he frequently use the cars to go to work, after an hour we did cleaning services ,we was prepared Mee goreng for our lunch ,we so glad because we was so hungry before going back to home . 

Today we started at 8pm ,this is because my friend overslept ,so we late to continue our journey to the service cleaning , luckily the location is nearest rembau area ,First cars we had cleaning is the kancil the condition pf the cars is so worst and two hour and more to did the cleaning services . After that, we go to Lorong Cempedak near the rembau area to did both services Islamic cupping services and Cleaning Services for Proton Alza .The Islamic cupping (Bekam) is for the both husband and wife ,they was the first time did the Islamic Cupping (Bekam) .They was excited to do the Islamic Cupping (Bekam) .We make some little explanation about this cupping .I did Aunty Wati for half an hour ,while my friends did half of cleaning services ,while waiting me using the tool and the accessories .After I’m done he continue Bekam for Aunty Wati ‘s husband .

 

            Then, we take a little rest and sip a cup of tea that was prepared by the Aunty Wati, then we continue on cleaning services on half of the cars. After that, we go back to home for take a rest ,chill our body ,take bath and lunch before we continue back after perform Zohor prayer. We had to go back to the first house on the early morning before this because the customer wanted to do Islamic Cupping (Bekam), then continue after Magrib at Cengkau for Islamic Cupping.

3 September 2019

 At 8 pm we need to go to the Melaka for cleaning services for Viva car at the nearest Melaka town, then we proceed our cleaning services at Port Dickson for cleaning services for Alza car the house nearest beach Port Dickson, then after that we take a chill at the nearest the Port Dickson for a 15 minutes then ,we got last minute for Islamic cupping (Bekam) at Rembau ,he make an appointment for his father who had sick for his leg because the he feel sick on his leg , we managed to handle it ,and give some advice to him to take Islamic Ruqyah for his condition 

Today was my end of my SIEP activity here with my friends, this morning I will get back to Kelantan for my further study for this last semester. I will come back to help my friends soon, I will came back to help him to be success with him together .I hope in further this business will a rise and become more know from other customer
