Comments - Reached staircase standard measurement, Timber steps can be slippery when exposed to rainwater, cannot withstand a lot of people at the same time.

Suggestion - Must be properly maintained,

Can crack and absorb moisture, easily damaged compared to other materials, or change material for the staircase steps.

• Rusted steel has the potential to break.

• Handrail is too thick , it should be less than 65 mm, but the handrail were 115 mm thick.

• Using Stoneyford polished concrete has the possibility for corrosion, and the texture will be harsh due to the rain.

  
  

  Suggestion

• replacing the steel that supports the railing to concrete is stronger then steel and can endure longer

• Handrail thickness should take into consideration typical stairs measurements.
