An alternative ending for 'A Christmas Carol' would be Scrooge righting his wrongs from throughout the story because towards the end he realized how mean and cruel he was being to others and how much it affected them. Scrooge would go around town trying to be more upbeat and embrace the Christmas spirit instead of yelling at others and laying around the house all day being grumpy. Then he would go around visiting people from his past apologizing and making it up those people. After righting his wrongs, he promised himself to be a better person in the future and not let the past affect his present self from now on.

the day after Christmas scrooge wake up to a very loud banging on the front door. Scrooge got up to check who was knocking on the door so hard, as soon as he opened the door he almost passed out. it was his ex-girlfriend from college, ever since scrooge and her break up around Christmas he never liked Christmas again. he ask her what she was doing at his house and she said for the pass 30 years I have been missing you and i think we need to try again. Scrooge said i guess we can retry.

At the end of the Christmas carol Scrooge stormed out of the house and began yelling. Scrooge starts walking on the side walk while listening to music on his iPod.Then sees a girl with the most beautiful smile walking peacefully along the side walk. They walk past each other Scrooge looks back but the lady doesn't. Scrooge had this feeling about this girl that he hasn't felt about anyone in his life before.It's kinda of an exciting but also nervous type of feeling.he starts to walk back home. And go to bed.when he wakes up he decides to go walk on the sidewalk to see the lady he saw yesterday. Scrooge is getting ready but when he puts up his tie he heard a woman screaming. Scrooge ran out the door and sees a woman being attacked. He notices it's the woman from yesterday. When he gets closer to the man attacking the man runs away. The beautiful lady says” thank you! You saved my life”she said with a relief.Scrooge said “you’re welcome!”. Scrooge said “what’s your name?”beautiful lady said “ my name is Naomi!why?”. Scrooge said “Naomi would you like to get coffee later?”.Naomi said” uh sure? But what’s your name?”.Scrooge said “Scrooge! Meet me here tomorrow then I’ll take you!” Naomi said” okay!”. And Scrooge continued with his day.the next day he took Naomi on a date to the coffee shop .
