The plot itself was engaging, but the preview constructed a beautiful moment that was illustrated with words. I notice from the preview that the cover is both space-y and earth-y which matches the origin story of Halley's Comet told at the beginning of the book. When I previewed the book Lily was talking about being invisible. Sometimes in life we can feel like we are invisible, but she looks at her "invisibility" as a super power. The summary is intriguing...the plot includes a family secret and a tiger that appears from her grandmother's storybook. -The book was interesting to me because it reminded me of living in New York.  I knew exactly how the narrator felt about the Sunday trains.
-I notice the first 2 quotes leading into chapter one.  One was from Ovid and the other from Prince.  You know it's going to be an interesting book. Also, Eury is haunted
-The narrator is trying to get somewhere but is getting frustrated with the lack of services showing the inequality.
-I wonder who is Ato, and why they are haunting Eury.
