Abortion is a very controversial topic that has been incorporated into politics for centuries.

In this article, Kimport focuses on the Dobbs trial and the effect of it being overturned. The overturn of one’s constitutional right to abortion would affect every single woman, and would lead to an increase in self-managed abortions which are highly dangerous for the one carrying. She focuses on a more factual standpoint without being extremely biased, but Kimport leans more towards protecting abortion rights.

Ntonis mainly focuses on the argument for banning abortion by using specific phrases government officials have used to support their side. “Women are depicted as victims of abortion and anti-abortion activists as understanding and representing women's real interests.” Then, he conducted a psychological experiment involving pro and anti-abotion activists. “ An abortion procedure is a horrific thing and I don't think everybody knows you know [what] actually happens during an abortion it really can be horrific and so honestly I don't think any women cannot be affected by something like that I just don't think it's possible.”
