그리고 angio 간호기록을 보시면 그 port의 fee는 “healthport power"입니다.

환자가 입원하기 전 history를 파악할 때 이 자료를 보시면 입원 전에 미리 할 수 있겠죠? 

restaging 할 때 조영제를 사용하는 검사가 있다면 port needle insertion 후 사용 가능합니다.
(단 needle도 제한이 있습니다. "green huber infusion set" 라는 needle로 삽입해야 합니다!!-MP보다는 MH 병동에서 많이 사용하고 있어요)   

이렇게 port와 needle이 각각 조영제가 사용 가능한 것들로 구성된다면 peripheral에 line을 안 잡아도 돼요. 

또한, 본원에서 삽입한 중심정맥관은 대부분 조영제 검사가 가능한데 시행부서와 한 번 더 상의가 필요합니다.  그리고 또 다른 예로 환자가 오른팔 MRI-CE 검사를 진행할건데 오른팔에 조영제가 들어갈 IV route가 있으면 안되잖아요? 오른팔에 PICC가 있다면 다른 부위에 peri line을 준비해야 합니다.

신환을 받을 때마다 멘붕이 오는 신규인데요.. 혹시 신환 받을 때 어떻게 받으시는지 꿀팁 다들 있으실까요...
저는 환자가 오면
침상 안내-입실저장 및 전과/전실에서 자리 배정-혈압재러 가면서 침상카드 정리, 환자 카드 놓기, 체크리스트 및 교수님 카드 두기, 식이 교육 - 의무기록조회&통합처방조회에서 과거력, 복용약 다 뒤져서 적어두고 - 정보조사지 들고 환자한테 가서 정보조사 하면서 과거력 ~~있던데 맞냐, 이거 말고 다른 병 있냐, 수술한 경험 있냐, 입원한 경험 있냐 물어보고 - 먹고있는 약 있냐, 가져온 약 다 달라, 먹는데 안 가져온 약은 있냐 물어보고 가져온 약 중에 원외약/원내약 구분해서 싹다 수거해온 다음에 원외약은 pmr, 원내약은 통합처방조회에서 비교..하는데..

하..ㅠㅠ 이렇게 적었는데도 막상 환자 앞에 가면 머리 하얘지고, 약은 어떻게 정리해야할지도 모르겠고..

그리고 과거력 복잡하고 의무기록조회 창에 여러 개 있으면 눈알만 굴러가고 어떻게 해야할지 머르겟고...

샘들은 어떻게 신환 받으시나요....

그리고 정보조사지랑 신환 받을 때 나만의 꿀팁 있으시면 공유 좀 부탁드려요...ㅠㅠ

예를 들면 의무기록 조회에서 좀 보고 어디에 적어서 정보조사할 때 환자한테 물어본다던가..

환자한테 가기 전에 어떤 걸 정리하고 간다던가....ㅠㅠ
