Since I was a little girl, I had the idea and the desire to become a nurse or a midwife because I have always had a great passion for children and I think helping others is a nice gesture. I always thought that being a nurse is not just about assisting the patient clinically but it is about helping emotionally and listening to the person. My goal is to try to make people feel better not only physically but also psychologically.
I also chose to take this path because I am very interested in the topics I study theoretically such as human anatomy and pathology. These are topics that I always wanted to learn more about. I like to know what the changes are in the body when there is a disease.
No one influenced my decision. My parents are happy with my choice because they think it is a job that brings satisfaction even if it is physically tiring

patient: yes, after being in the emergency room, the doctor examined me.
me: What did he tell you?
patient: e told me that my blood pressure has dropped because it is very hot, and he told me that I will have to do some tests to investigate further.

Covid19 is a disease that has affected the whole world. It started in 2019 and has caused many deaths because it affects the lungs and respiratory system as well as causing many other problems. About 6 million people have died since it started. Fortunately, however, a vaccination against covid has been introduced and it allows you to avoid serious symptoms but does not exclude you from contracting the disease.

A few years ago I watched a TV series that is set in an American hospital. This TV series is called Chicago Med.
There are many doctors and many nurses who take care of patients continuously in fact they are always very busy. This TV series also highlights the difference of tasks between doctors and nurses and points out how the nurse takes care of the person and the doctor dwells more on the disease. In addition within the story there are also moments devoted to the love stories between the main characters.
There are often patients who go to the hospital because they have been shot in fact then also buy the police investigating the culprit.

Reception: Yesterday I went to the hospital to visit my grandmother and, to find her room, I asked for information at the reception.
Allergic: I bought a medicine because I had a tummy ache and the pharmacist told me that I am probably allergic to some food that contains milk.
Aspirine: My friend has a cold and I suggested that she take an aspirine to feel better.

In my opinion to be a good nurse you have to have a lot of patience and you have to be able to try to make even a difficult time beautiful. This is because patients who are in the hospital, both those who have serious problems and those who have less serious problems, are very frightened. A good nurse, through dialogue and the right approach, must calm both the patient and the parent. In addition, a good nurse must have precision and confidence in the activities she performs because this allows her to convey confidence to the patient as well. Knowledge and precision is important because activities done in the wrong manners can create many problems. I believe that I can become a good nurse because, as far as nursing activities are concerned, I am putting a lot of effort into trying to do them in the best way possible now that I am still not working and I am trying to do them as many times as possible so that I can improve more and more. Also as far as the emotional aspect is concerned, I am learning to be strong and try to help the patient and the family psychologically through a word of comfort even though often the situations are very heavy.

In the future, I would like to become a clinical tutor because I can help new students learn more about what to do in the hospital. I would like to improve the approach that tutors have with students because it often seems that they don't want to teach much and put much effort into helping because they are tired from the shift. I would like to try to help students as much as possible and get them to do as much as they can. Often my tutors don't have much confidence to let me do some activities despite the fact that I say I know how to do them. If I were to become a tutor I would try to get them to do everything they say they can do and make them try until they succeed. Another goal I would like to achieve if I were to become a clinical tutor is to improve the student's relationship with all the staff working in the department so that the kid is happy and calm when he comes to do his shift.

This text talks about the positive effect animals have on sick people. In fact, the text tells about a nurse named Patricia who was in the hospital on her birthday and did not want to see anyone but her dog, and when her husband brought it to her, she was very happy and immediately felt better.
In fact, many studies done in hospitals have established that animals help to improve the patient's clinical and especially psychological state. Petting animals can reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and help patients to heal faster.
The text shows us another example. A woman with cancer who did not speak or get out of bed. But when she saw her dog she began to talk and walk.
Some hospitals, however, do not let animals in for fear that they may transmit diseases to patients, but most doctors disagree with this theory and let them in safely.

During my internship experience, the tutor I liked the most and got along with the best was a nurse in the cardiology department of the Children's Hospital bambino gesù. She welcomed me right away, introduced me to the whole team, showed me where the useful items for care were and the structure of the department. With her I learned a lot of things that I had never done because with me she used the right technique that is, she would first show me the procedures she did and meanwhile she would also explain them to me verbally and then after seeing them 4 or 5 times she would have me perform them as well. Because of that I was able to be independent at the end of my internship in that department so I knew how to perform the care on my own properly. The thing that made me happiest is that, thanks to Micol I established a nice relationship with all the nurses and doctors.

I hope to work at the Children's Hospital Bambino Gesu because I went to the pediatric nursing degree so I would like to work with children. Specifically I would like to work in this hospital because by doing internship I realized that it is comprehensive, there are so many professionals and so many principals that are not in all hospitals so you can do so many kinds of therapies and procedures. I envision my career to be challenging but it will give me a lot of satisfaction and take a lot of my time but I hope to have the opportunity to start a family and spend time with them.
