- having a recurring follow-up on BDR KPIs: to get her target of SQLs, how many meetings call do she needs to book / to get those meetings how many email she should sent / to send enough emails how many Personas + Accounts she should be targetting. Defining together the right metrics and having a follow-up on a weekly basis will strongly improve BDR performance and BDR/AE collaboration

As an AE, sharing SQLs evolution is key to engage the BDR in the quality of the opportuties he sent (why is it won/lost/bad fit/doesn't evolve...) & in the next steps after the 1st meeting (having an idea of the whole closing process if the BDR is interested by becoming an AE).

Same for the BDR, following her opportunities evolution enables to spot if an SQL stays at the same stage at the beginning of the sales funnel and why, e.g. setting up next steps to an SQL0 (nurturing etc) to ensure it turns into an SQL1.
