         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I felt comfortable sharing my own experiences since it felt nice to be able to share my own thoughts in a safe environment.&nbsp;</div><div>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I felt comforted as some of their sharings are similar to what I would feel sometimes towards certain things and it feels nice to know that I am not alone&nbsp;</div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Through the sharings I have learnt that it is ok to feel all these emotions towards certain things because they are all valid at the end of the day.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

But I also feel some what comforted that nowadays more people are more open to talk about it and there are many more resources that we can turn to to seek help.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide a listening ear whenever I can in the event that they need it. <br><br></div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Try not to keep my problems to myself and share them openly with people that I can rely on.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; When looking at what Sam was going through, I could relate to what he was going through and I felt bad for him as I know how hard it is to be stuck in such a situation where you kinda see darkness all around, and feel guilty and ashamed about what you do.<br><br>2. I really felt so bad for him as no one deserves to feel the way he felt and tried to help me as much as I could to support him and give some type of help.<br><br>3. I how to look out for signs of distress, I also learnt how to help those who need help and additionally I learnt that we should always seek for help from someone we trust when we are going through distress.</div>]]></description>

I was kinda expecting the worst case scenario and was relieved to find out he was more or less intact<br>2. I could sympathize with him about a lot of the things that he was going through and felt really bad for him<br>3. I learnt how to spot signs of someone needing help, what to say to comfort someone in certain scenarios, and to seek help if we ever need it</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Honestly I was wondering why is this so tough, but as I thought about it further I thought it was an interesting metaphor of how sometimes while people seem fine on the inside, they may be hurting on the inside, and it can be hard to know what someone is going through.<br>&nbsp;</div><div>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I felt somewhat happy in a way as at least he has someone to talk to and someone there to support him, and at least he wasn’t bottling it up<br><br></div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;You may not be able to provide direct help for your friend, but it is important to let them know that you are there for them.</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Some people may show that they are hurting in different ways&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Always be sensitive to their needs</div>]]></description>
