A lot of us used the time to read the evaluations so there was no real time to discuss or even take action on anything that was uplifted.

was great to look back at evals, but our group spent the whole triad session just reading ours bc it arrived right before the sesh. maybe send any docs more in advance next time?

Really loved the padlet as a tool, and Julian's facilitation using the padlet to encourage more conversation and elaboration

For future evaluations, I wish we had more time and preparation before we were doing the eval. 30 minutes during a staff meeting where it wasn't expected didn't work for me. I would have liked to have done some of the circle evaluation in conversation within our circle with shared prompts for example. I did appreciate having space for reflection though - agree that it's super important and grateful for the labor that went into it

Make sure to reserve 5 minutes at the end of each session so people can do the padlet feedback. I think it's a good practice for us to sharpen our collective facilitation craft, not to mention inform upcoming sessions

My big hot take: I think we should empower a team of three people to design all the sessions vs. passing each thing between facilitators. I think that allows more cohesion and overall flow. That doesn't mean that other people won't be asked to present on things, but I would love to see us empower/trust a facilitation team to hold us.

I would loveee for GO week team to make a menu of all the different committees and governance labor coming up, so we can make sure everyone is involved in something and no one is over burdened
