Janis Joplin was an American singer and songwriter. She was born in 1943 in Port Arthur, Texas, USA, where she began her career as an artist at the age of 19. In 1966 she joined the band Big Brother and the Holding Company. The band performed at the historical Woodstock Festival in 1969, which launched Janis to international fame. Janis died due to drug abuse in 1970, at the age of 27. Janis’ solo album Pearl, which was released three months after her death, sold over four million copies and has been certified quadruple platinum by the RIAA. The singer has been recognized as one of the most iconic rock performers of her era.

His book Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy laid the foundations of classical mechanics. In that book, which many laymen have never heard of, Newton formulated the laws of movement and gravity, which created the dominant scientific point of view until they were refined by Albert Einstein's theory of relativity, which everyone has already studied at school. He was a knight to Queen Anne in 1705 and spent the last three decades of his life in London serving as director (1696–1700) and master (1700–1727) of the Royal Mint and as president of the Royal Society (1703–1727).

Newton died sleeping in London in 1727, at the age of 84. His body was buried in Westminster Abbey, the first scientist to be accorded that honor

In 1933, he moved to the United States because of problems in Germany. He worked at a university in Princeton.

Diana and Charles divorced in 1996. Sadly, she died in a car accident in Paris on August 31, 1997.

Since her death, she has been remembered as “the People’s Princess.” She has inspired many people and her work has continued through her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry.
