Yes, I agree with what she said because it is not wrong for us to fail as human beings. In fact, failure will give us the experience to learn and can create success in the future. It was a normal phase for us to go through in doing or starting something. It is due to failure give us a lesson to not repeat the same mistake or strategy that we have made. All the processes are a learning point for us even though we fail all the time because the good thing always come late and will come at the right time. So, take failure as a learning process and experience for us to improve ourselves to become better and succeed in the future.

I think that maybe I can do better when I failed before because it was a lesson for me. So, I can show a new version of myself that I can be somebody and succeed like anyone. But, getting up from a failure is not easy for me. I must have some motivation and courage to do so because I am not a confident person. Thus, I need a supportive person on my back.

For me, the first important thing Mr. Jimmy said to me is about resumes. Mr. Jimmy has shared how to make a good resume that will attract a company to hire us. He also highlights the several things that are important to do and avoid when making a resume. From his talk, I will make sure to use the tip that had given in my resume in the future. Next, the important thing Mr. Jimmy said to me is to prepare for the interview. He said to get prepared even before getting the call for an interview and study about our job description, a background of the company, or interviewers as well. Always prepared at all aspects and prays for a good result.

How are you going to apply his strategy to your own job search?
I will use a machine gun strategy to get a job as I can send many applications to many companies. Using this strategy, there is a probability for me to get a call for the interview and increase awareness about my availability among recruiters.
