Complete disaster is what comes to mind. From my office I could see Chernobyl collapsing, blinding emergency lights flashing and one of the crashing down buildings killed a man on the spot. His body was immediately lost in all the rubbish of the chaos and the fire. As far as we know we are the first responders to get to Chernobyl.
