You had me hooked straight from the beginning! Your examples really help the reader picture the pool and snack bar in the community.
2nd star - Another thing you did really well was detail and explaining it! Your detail and word choice was amazing! When you explained your opinion and your points, you are really convincing and make the reader agree with you.
Wish - Maybe in the first body paragraph you could add an example to show your data. Your first body paragraph could have been so much more persuasive if you put the counter argument in there because counter arguments allow you to compare your perspective to the opposing perspective and show how your perspective is better.
