They found a cure in a year or so and I don’t understand how they can find a cure for a disease that hadn’t been around for more than 2-3 years but they can’t find a permanent cure for cancer. Cancer has been around for 100+ years and scientists know why cancer happens. So why can’t they fix it when they can fix a disease that stemmed from a different country? To me it seems like scientists just don’t see finding a cure for cancer as a priority, and that makes me really angry. Ebola was urgent, that’s why they found a cure so quickly. To them, cancer is just another illness. Not just cancer. Other chronic diseases, even mental diseases! No lifelong diseases have cures. I have OCD, and it affects my everyday life greatly. They can’t find a permanent cure for mental disorders but they can find a cure for diseases stemming into our country? Possibly even illegally? I don’t understand at all.
