I have read other authors to further my knowledge  and facilitate the requirement of reading from various resources. I also at times, become subordinate to my team leader by writing minutes of meeting.
Therefore based on Belbin Self-Perception Inventory, Belbin Team Role Inventory, BSPI or BTRI devised by Meredith Belbin to measure preference for nine Team Roles, I evaluate myself  a mix of many roles. I might be considered the overarching team Co-ordinator, but part of that involves the Monitor-Evaluator role, the Shaper, and the Teamworker roles too. I do what I can, but I check in on everyone else too, and make sure we're coordinated to the best of our abilities. I keep track of our progress, but also let the team work at a pace comfortable to them. So I am not any one particular role, as guided by the Belbin model, I am flexible to the needs of the group.
