Access to multi-sensory engaged learning of all topics, something like a multi-sensory tutorial with other students, where they discuss and brainstorm the topic covered in that week's lecture, discuss how that applies to the real world, and really have a chance to connect their own dots in what they are all studying by also including experimental or lab-based exercises.

The evidence base for the link between engineering and ND - need data to influence strategic prioritisation of ND students alongside other (also important) demographics - currently a lot of focus on BW awarding gap. Not my share, but our Faculty EDI leads for Science and Engineering have developed a set of ND insight videos, giving perspectives from ND staff (in this case), what their strengths are, what they find challenging, were they feel supported, where they dont, one thing they want the uni to do differently. they are aimed at managers and colleagues, but a similar approach could work for students
