I am an English teacher at a primary bilingual school and responsible for the school library. I found the idea of connecting and collaborating with teachers around Europe very interesting. For our students etwinning , it is a great tool to motivate , foster their participation in class discussion and to learn in a new context. Folk tales as part of the cultural heritage helps us to remember our cultural diversity, and its understanding develops mutual respect and renewed dialogue amongst different cultures.

I am a teacher in kindergarden. My pupils are 6. In this year we get to know different Polish regions, their legends and traditions. I wanted children to be able to get to know other European cultures, especially folk tales. That's why I was happy to join this project.

I'm teacher at kindergarden (2-3), but I also teach English (4-6).
We try to encourage Basque culture and language (called euskara), but we also think that the rest of cultures and languages are important. Besides, in our school we have a high cultural diversity, so the idea of sharing European tales was a good pretext for enjoying and working hard both with our and foreign cultures. I'm very happy to work with you and to know about your beautiful lands and cultures!

I am a teacher in kindergarten ( 4-5). I am a young teacher who is collecting experience. I'm trying different modern methods, and sharing a project with partners is a great way for kids to learn something new and share experiences, feelings, with other kids. Our kindergarten focuses on digital technologies that we use to make effective use of education. I am tempted by the idea of cooperation between schools, different nationalities and cultures, so I signed up for eTwinning.
