This semester we learned and viewed the systems that perform the basic actions of our body, the ones that make us who we are and make us behave and react the way we do. regarding the disease that i had to investigate, I believe that we did a great job going into great dept and seeing every aspect that happens to a diabetic person and to the endocrine system that is the main system affected by diabetes.

Throughout this semester I had the chance to reflect upon the importance of integral health care and the risk factors with the help of my teacher. Also I understood the concepts of health and how to evaluate different bodies. In class, I identified problems, formulated scientific questions in which I obtained records and consulted relevant sources if necessary to respond them, and in addition stated my hypotheses if needed. With what I learned in class, now I can make smart decisions about my health care.

This semester I learned a lot about my body, I learned all their systems and how they work. Regarding of my disease that is diabetes, I think it its very important for me to know about it because it is a very common and easy-to-get disease. I learned the symptoms, causes and effects/consequences of this disease and this will help me in so many ways such as in my daily life because now I know the importance of having a healthy way of living, a balance diet and an active body.

Along all the semester and this partial, there were a lot of thing and lessons that I learned that helped me grow as a person and also as student. The topics learned in class were very interesting, that made me know more about myself and about how am I made up, all the amazing things that one has inside itself that sometime we didn’t know before. Now with all this lessons of life, and how to take care about myself, I consider important to spread my knowledge and help others in any way.
