Factor 1: As the coffee bean farmers go on strike, there will be a drop in supply of coffee beans as no one is producing them. Thus, the price of coffee beans would go up as there would be less quantity supplied. Thus, the supply curve would shift leftward. (Article 2: Brazil's farmers are striking)

Factor 2: There are more producers of coffee beans, resulting in an oversupply of coffee beans. As such, the price of the coffee beans would drop as the producers try to sell of the excess coffee beans. Thus, the supply curve would shift rightward. (Article 2: production of coffee, and of cheaper robusta beans in particular, is booming. Vietnam has gone from growing almost nothing a decade ago to producing 25m bags of robusta beans a year today. The result is an oversupply of coffee.)

Factor 3: As the price of coffee beans fall, more middle-class people are able to afford the once expensive coffee. As such demand increases as more people are able to afford the coffee. Thus, the demand curve shifts rightward. (Article 1: coffee is an affordable luxury for the middle class)
