Growth mindset - mistakes as part of the learning process, progress >> perfection.
Fair - assessment as part of learning, not an end goal in itself.
Flexible - open to new ways of learning, even if it doesn’t fit the traditional way.
Practical - emphasis on practical application rather than theoretical.

Provide a learning environment that encourage students to engage and interact with the knowledge learned and integrate them into their daily lives. Also, I believe fostering their interest and motivation are difficult but crucial when it comes to effective learning.
