The other attributes are embedded in the language of the goals that are outlined (e.g. principled – understanding/respect; risk-takers – challenging; reflective/thinkers – understand).

In my current role it is important for instructional leaders to understand how to foster aspects of the Learner Profile in every lesson they design and assist them with understanding how each experience in their classroom provides a piece of the puzzle to assist their scholars in becoming IB students as detailed in the IB Mission Statement. My responsibility in the implementation of this program is to guide teachers to become enlightened in the process through detailed coaching and providing the proper guidance and training.
