This is what the Olympic athlete, Feyisa Lilesa, said at the Olympic games in Rio in 2016 . He was invited by the Ethiopian athletic association and the Olympic committee to compete in the Olympics. He won a silver medal for the marathon and he made a protest. Feysa Lilesa is from Oromia. Oromia is in Ethiopia. At the time oromo people were being gunned down by Ethiopian police. Many oromo were in jail too. At the end of the marathon Feyisa made an X with his arm to show his protest. After this he was in danger and moved to America. He had became a refugee, because he stay with hes people. He lived in America and traveled all over the world to telling people about the oromo people and the being in pest or killed by Ethiopian government. In Nov 2018, 38 Ethiopian officiator were arrested. The oromo people are now free to travail, and do and Ethiopia as we want. Lilesa is returned to Ethiopia. In the oromo people an Lilesa is one.
