Incentives

These are proposed incentives for the Creators, Marketers, Salesmen, and Inventory Managers to replace our current free print and etch rules. 10 grams of 3D prints are worth 25 points. To give perspective, a heart case and body, the valentine's day order, is about 23.16 grams. One inch of a laser etch design is worth 15 points. With laser designs, once you get an inch, you can use it for any dimension of the measurement, be it length or width. So you can use 15 points to get a design that’s 1x1. Alternatively, you can use 75 points to get a design that’s 2.5 x 1. So you are paying for the largest dimension, the other one is not counted. Somebody will manage the points that everyone has so that this works smoothly.

Creators

Every time a Creator finishes an Order alone, they will get 2 points. Everytime a Creator finishes an order with another Creator, then they will each get 1 point, rather than the regular 2 points. If there are more Creators involved in an order, then points will be distributed equally. For large orders, points are regularly distributed per item, for example, a customer orders 40 laser engraved acrylic name tags. Each creator will get 2 points for each product they create, whether they did it alone or with someone else. Creators may only receive points for paying customers or special promotion orders that are free, excluding free prints for Business Club members.

Salesmen

Every time a Salesman successfully obtains an order and delivers it, they will get 2 points. If they cooperate with another Salesman to get an order, then they will each get 1 point. Points will be distributed equally in the case if there are more Salesmen involved. The order must be completed and paid for so that points may be received.

Inventory Manager

When an inventory manager takes part in the daily inventory check and completes the full inventory check, they will each get 2 points. For these points to be earned, the Inventory sheet must be filled out correctly, including pictures of the product.

Marketers

After the Marketers finishes an advertisement, they will be awarded with 10 points. Anybody that participated in the advertisement’s creation will also receive 10 points. If the marketers finish a new banner design, they will receive 45 points, as well as anybody involved in the banner’s creation. For these points to be received, the banner designs and the advertisement designs must be accepted and approved by the Business Club by popular vote (75% of club).

This is what I believe should be the proposal. If you believe this is a good idea, or wish to build on it, post a new post that says so! OOOR give it an upvote, or comment!
