Since non-registered users are allowed to post on a padlet by default, what happens is that the system does not have any data to use to recognize author it marks guests as 'anonymous'

There are a couple of ways we can make sure users are identified. One is to request 'log in/sign up' before sharing the link. Or, make it mandatory to register before accessing your padlet. That requires you to change your wall's privacy settings to Private. Then adding whoever it is using their email addresses or their Padlet usernames.
