Place your common cause under the Troubleshooting Category you think it fits under. <em>For example, </em><strong><em>No Power, Standby Light is OFF</em></strong><em>: TV not plugged in is definitely a user error!</em><br>4. Go to the <a href="https://sites.google.com/squaretrade.com/tvsurvey/home?authuser=0">TV Survey</a> and look up steps for your Problem Code. <em>You can select any MFR and Model for this activity.</em><br>5.
