Also, without access to the library, study areas, laptops at uni and general disruption to working environment it isn’t easy to re adjust to a new way of working. I myself don’t have a quiet area to work whilst at home like I would have in London,  which I am sure is the same for many other students. 
Will this be taken into consideration when they are marking the dissertation?

I am using excel to do the statistics part, but unlike SPSS it doesn't present the findings off the tests in easy to read tables, if we are using excel, how do we present the findings, such as a chi-square, coefficient correlation, and standard deviation. and.. are the combination of these three tests enough to use? 
2. How do we use statistical data for research questions? I've looked back though everything but I think Ive missed how exactly we answer a research question using statistical data, is the question answered qualitatively then backed up by quant data?
