INFORMATION ABOUT OFFICE POSITIONS

Lily here! For those of you who were not at our meeting on 4/8, we discussed how we will fill office positions for '24-'25 TAG. We have not previously elected officers because previous TAG cohorts/groups have been small enough for people to volunteer without competing with one another for positions. Instead, we are thinking of creating smaller groups within TAG that will focus on key tasks so EVERYONE has agency over essential club-running functions.

Possible '24-'25 TAG positions

Here are some of the different groups/functions you may decide to create for the upcoming TAG year:

President/Copresidents: Ideally someone who has been in TAG since the beginning of the previous year. Will be responsible for running meetings + corresponding with each section.
Secretaries: Will be in charge of updating meeting agendas + Padlet.
School Reps: Will be in charge of checking district calendars, reporting school-related information, connecting with school officials if/when necessary.
Social Media: Will work with Sienna to create posts for upcoming events, possibly build social media presence for TAG to increase outreach.
