Hello, My name is Hannah

I am a student at Boyce College and I am in Dr. Gibson's class of 'Computer and Media in Schools'.

I am a freshman in the Teacher Education Program and I am preparing to become an elementary teacher.

As the world is prominent in the use of technology (and will increasingly become more so), I am aware that I will need to adapt accordingly in my future occupation as a teacher.

Technology has great advantages for a teacher in the classroom and can aid in my ways of efficiency. I have learned this semester about different apps that are available to teachers to help in different subjects, according to the age group of the students. I have learned about AI that can aid and create lesson plans and assignment that follow them.

Before this course, I did not possess knowledge of different websites that used AI to help teachers in an academic setting. Now I am able to recall these websites by name ,and I know how to use the tools within them for my future as an elementary teacher.

Goals

I want to improve on my partnership with AI by practicing the questions I ask in order to get the most accurate and efficient answers. I want to test the limitations of AI in an academic setting so that I am knowledgable in the way that it can best aid teachers.
