When is the next PD in which we can train the staff on design? Or, more than train, use design elements to create. - there are no more full day PDs this year. Do we start off next year with more Schlechty, but what do we do that will engage the staff?

How do we help staff see the  connection between the design qualities and their lessons? -- Further, how do we make design qualities accessible to staff?

How do we get teachers to look beyond their classroom?

How do we become more thoughtful and purposeful about student experience at Tolles?

Can all six (6) critical systems be impacted at the same time, or do we need to focus on one system at a time?

Transformation is difficult

Honest self-reflection is necessary

Knowing the direction/end goal is important. 

Buy-in (a precursor to engagement?) will be needed. This will take work.

Self-reflection is needed for staff to determine what lessons can be worked on. It is hard to say, "this is not working and I need help to make it better."
