Cesar Chavez was a hard worker and stood up for the Farmers rights. I would always pass by this mural on my way to class my first year of college, and being a first generation Latina, it always reminded me that I was in the right place that would help me grow and make a difference in my community as well. This mural signifies power, resilience, and hard work. I personally loved the student union because its where I would always go after class to have some lunch or even just grab a cup of coffee with a friend and study!
