Centered around adopting a healthy lifestyle, the four-day program was structured around key pillars for youth development:

• Health and Nutrition: Interactive workshops on the benefits of a balanced diet and the impact of nutrition on overall quality of life.

• Financial Education and Responsible Consumption: Active debates on resource management and combating excessive consumerism.

• Physical Activity and the Outdoors: Sports orientation sessions, traditional games, and outdoor activities that stimulated collaboration and team spirit.

In addition to the educational components, the European guests explored Transylvania's cultural heritage through a field trip to Cluj-Napoca and an engaging treasure hunt through Bistrița's historic city center.

"The experiences gained during the GROW project will remain a source of inspiration for all participants, proving that education and friendship are the foundation of a united Europe," the organizers stated at the closing ceremony.
