The staff circulated and addressed needs when they arose. I would classify this as "Station Teaching" with the change being that staff moved throughout the room while students worked at their individual/group paces. It was a productive class.

One teacher leads the normal, full band rehearsal while the other pulls small groups of students to work on music, technique, etc. Students can be grouped by instrument or by need/level depending on the students' needs.
