I think that Apple have resisted FBI pressure to hack an iPhone because when you updated the new apple version, it slows your phone down and might be getting virus when you use data and stuff. Like the most iPhone users, it might get affected hacking in the system, cracking pass code, and access to your private info. Some people might disagree and argued that apple should not have resisted FBI pressure to hack an iPhone. "Apple phones have features that protect the privacy of the information on them, and the Fourth Amendment guarantees people this right to privacy. Americans have the right to possess information without having to share it with the government. And Apple has the right to provide products that help Americans protect this right." This quotation clearly states that the article was trying to say that Apple have the same rights policy as the Fourth Amendment. They both guarantees people this right to privacy.

Some opponent might maintain that Apple shouldn't have resisted of FBI's pressure to hack. However that's not true. However, I disagree with the opponent because the FBI system couldn't crack so easily for the hackers. So I suggest that if we add FBI pressure to it, it is safer for those iPhone users. Like Smart TV for instance, you had been watched by Smart TV because Smart TV had a system that might spy on you or took some stuff would be useful for those hackers. Many of Smart TVs could be hacked by tracking personal information and viewing habits. Many people reported the Smart TV because Smart TV company didn't realize that the system had been hacked by the hackers. Smart TV had been consumed of the view you had been watched.

Apple always had been slowed down of an new updates because when they post the new updates, the system and system chips slowed down. Then it effected to all iPhones and the users causes viruses. The FBI's pressure can stop hackers from hacking iPhone users. The article states that "The FBI backed off because it was able to hack into the phone without Apple's assistance." The article clearly states that the FBI had backing off because of the hackers was able to hack into the phone without Apple's assistance. NBC Investigators had researched that the slowed battery system of an iPhone causes hacking your informations, credits, and social security. If you used older version of an iPhone, it might happened to your phone and your personal accounts too. Hackers are little bit smarter than you because they had one system that cracked the whole web page and credits.

In conclusion, Apple should have resisted FBI pressure because the FBI would find out the info of the shooter from San Bernardino. According to Newsela, some people might disagree to let FBI took over their phones because if the FBI did, FBI could had saw the whole system of your phones.

In my opinion, I think Apple should have resisted FBI pressure to hack an iPhone because with the FBI pressure, FBI will crack the case about the shooter in San Bernardino because the shooter left his phone behind and FBI wants Apple to crack the pass code but Apple refused. Apple strongly believe that they have their rights to protect people like the Fourth Amendment guarantee to protect people's rights.
