It focuses on self-reflection, which is relevant to the topic we’re focusing on this week. The article was published by health sciences education by springer. The author Henk G Schmidt is a psychologist and academic and has published over 250 journal articles with and without PhD Students, making him a reliable source. The author carried out a study to see if writing reflection journals help students become better at self-reflection. Overall, the study aimed to help teachers understand if asking students about their reflection improves their learning. </p>]]></description>
