During his time as a welder at Milspray, John Syers balanced his responsibilities with his role as a laborer at Shuflat Electric in Lanoka Harbor. He managed numerous residential and commercial electrical installation jobs with Shuflat while also serving the company in areas of vehicle maintenance. Between 2012 and 2017, Mr. Syers served as the foreman of Alborn Mulch Supply in Toms River. He operated and repaired a range of heavy equipment in this position, which required extensive problem-solving skills to meet project deadlines.
