         <description><![CDATA[<div>Positive:&nbsp;The section explained the party conventions pretty well, and made them more understandable.<br>Negative: I would want him to add more detail to some of the information he provided.<br>Fact: A lot of the time, the function of the party conventions are to serve as a "pep rally" and promote party unity. </div>]]></description>
