It was a self-written book about his ideology and plans for Germany.
   The Einsatzgruppen was the Nazi mobile killing squad throughout the holocaust. Einsatzgruppen, a word that roughly translates to “task force” was a killing unit that occupied Europe after being founded in 1939. They were sent to arrest, shoot, and kill every perceived political enemy of the Nazi Party (Jews, Communists, etc.). They were Led and instructed by Hitler as his enforcers once he gained power.
The events around the German Reichstag led to Hitler's gain and occupation of the most seats int he assembly itself. The German Reichstag ( “Imperial Diet”) was the highest power in Germany. When the German Reichstag building burned down mere weeks after hitler was named Chancellor,  he used it to seize power of Germany.

The meeting was held to discuss Operation Barbarossa, or the Finale Solution on June 22, 1941. Hitler planned a mass murder of Jews and anyone he thought to be below him.
