         <description><![CDATA[<div>At the time we begin to observe our health outcomes there wasn't a terribly large presence of good medical care in these regions with the exception of those who were wealthy or lived near large cities. This meant that even for those who were used to the presence of malaria it still posed a great threat to mortality.</div>]]></description>
