It was so cool, but it didn’t work well. When I was making the boat, I burned my finger. It was so hot and painful. We used a motor to spin a propeller and it was really fast, but when we put it inside the water the spinning got slow. 
We took a video about boat and, after I brought it home, I fixed it a lot and put two motors and two LED lights.
I drew a face on the front of the boat. Me and Akari wrote an article about Japan “raising money from rich people”. The type of inequality we wrote about is wealth inequality. Wealth inequality is about difference between rich people and poor people. We chose wealth inequality because it sounded so cool. Itsuki and Ray wrote the article “Soccer makes some women sad” and it is about gender inequality. Gender inequality means  discrimination on the basis of sex or gender causing one sex or gender to be routinely privileged or prioritized over another.
Maika and Lia wrote the article “Poor kids have poor health ”. It is about the unjust and avoidable differences in people's health across the population and between specific population groups.
While we were making a newspaper , I thought the website’s word are so hard so Ms.Collis changed them to easier words so that I could understand.

I researched body part idioms. I tried to find funny idioms, where the meaning is short. I drew the pictures with my iPad and printed them out.  In the idiom book there is the name of the idioms, a picture, and an example sentence. For example, the idiom  “to make your blood boil”. This means  "someone has become really angry". And the example sentence is, "Littering makes my blood boil. Did you know??"
Idioms are figurative language. And people use idioms when they want to express certain ideas or opinions. 
We can find idioms in an idiom book. To do this we went outside. We calculated 20m run, 10m run and 10m throwing. We used an iPad to measure the time. Grade 5 and grade 6 ran. 
When we ran, it was quite long and after we ran I was tired. I was the fastest of the  students and Mr. Acutt was the real fastest. I’m fast at running, but I’m not that fast at throwing. 
I think I’m slow at throwing because  running and throwing is different

We did’t use normal ingredients because our goal was to be sustainable. When we were making the donut we used oat flour, coconut milk, pumpkin spice and other ingredients. When we were making donut the coconut milk’s smell was not good  and smelled muddy. The pumpkin spice smelled like cinnamon. After when we cooked the donuts they became like cookies and smell was not so bad.  Tomato spaghetti looked good. But I don’t like tomato so I didn’t eat it.
