1. HR and admin section, manages services such as appointment, resignation, job confirmation and pension. Generally comes in contact with officers and employees. 
2. Project monitoring section, monitors the implementation of development projects in terms of physical and financial aspect. When a project is under construction, DCA will monitor the progress of the project to ensures construction is done with no delays.  
3. IT unit, maintains and monitors the implementation of system application and manages IT resource including software and hardware. It also supervises the ICT security in DCA such as network security and physical security.
