I do not agree with the construction of the prison in the Archidona canton because it will increase insecurity, and it is dangerous to have it near where young students are. Another reason i disagree with this construction is that, while a maximum-security prison is needed, this is not the right location, especially considering there are more urgent needs, such as the repair of the bridge to improve mobility.

Napo is a province of tourism and we don't want it to be affected by this, there is much more to be potentiated here. We have to protect the river, the land, the mountains, the children, education.

It could also be designed to include facilities for the rehabilitation and treatment of inmates.
