    - they show amazons side but also the warning and focuses on the bad 
    - differnt veiws, and certain people were saying something there was another side to the story. 
    What motive could this publication company (NBC) have for publishing this story?  
    - getting the word out there to know more about the delivery, and the labor into it, and maybe show that theres more into then what the public maybe knows.
