"Which of the efforts of the government do you think will have the GREATEST impact on the war effort?  Justify your answer using specific historical evidence."

I think that the action the US took that had the most impact was the selective service act, as it was portrayed by propaganda as a way to "make your country proud", and to "keep our lands safe". I believe that the propaganda helped ease young men's worries about being drafted
