However, there are a number of things that need to be worked on such as using less filler words as it seems that I use this too much when speaking. 

Another point that I may need to work on is my speech as it mentions that my speech rate is too fast. Given that it only allows a minute to provide the answer and there are numerous ways to answer the question, I feel that too little time is provided which is making me speak faster during the interview. I feel that i was also only able to cover one point when answering the questions due to the little time provided.
