I read the article, "Brazil Eliminates Import Tariffs on Certain I.T. and Telecom Equipment". It explains how Brazil eliminated tariffs on 20 types of information technology and telecom equipment. The article also talked about how Led screens and routers are made there and they were a big part of the exports.
