First and foremost, my town looks very dirty because it had been contaminated by the rubbish like plastic used by the people. The dustbin full with the rubbish and not being restored by the person in charge has caused the people to dispose of the plastics everywhere. Most of the people had disposed of their unused plastics by doing open burning that can lead to release of significant amounts of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, methane and particulate matter into the atmosphere which are typically associated with air pollution. This open burning also can lead to severe cases of respiratory disease which can affect the people with heart disease, asthma and emphysema. The contaminated plastics can lead to water pollution that affects more people in my town to get diarrhea, vomiting and fever because of the water consumed. 

       After that, the chief of my town decided to create an environmental campaign for all the people. This campaign aims to give some awareness for the people to use reusable products instead of dispense with disposable. The people must change their habits in order to keep the town clean. For example, people can bring a mug to use  for coffee at work rather than the paper cups, buying lunchboxes rather than relying on paper bags, using dish cloths or rags to clean up messes instead of paper towels or wipes. These all examples must be applied by all people in my town in order to keep the sustainability. For those who want to buy their needs, they have to bring reusable grocery bags to the store rather than taking plastic bags home. This action aims to reduce the usage of plastic bags in order to keep the environment from being contaminated. After one month, the town looks clean from any rubbish and people no longer get the diseases.

       From my situation, I have learned that cleanliness is very important not only for human beings but also for animals. If we keep sustainability, our country can develop well and be highly regarded by the foreign countries. The future generations also can avoid any disaster like global warming and contagious diseases. The present generations also can utilize their needs without affecting the future generations to meet their own needs.
