When I was 6 we moved again to Maracaibo where I started my life. Groups are divided by culture and sometimes is uncomfortable when they try to mix. I had one class where I was always trying to help but I was excluded just because my english wasn't good enough to communicate me with them. The teacher was remembering them always to incluide every student in the class but it never change. I feel comfortable being in the Hispanic group here, most of them are Mexicans, however, I don't feel comfortable with the Venezuelan community because of the kind of personality and mentality they bring here. The Hispanic LGBT community has to go over xenophobia and homophobia mostly for the same Hispanic community. Hispanics have their thoughts about homosexuality and other sexuality by religion or old principles. I'm pansexual and I have experienced homophobia by my own family, their bad comments about the community, how they look at them, and how they will put their own principles before everything. My family doesn't accept me, just my older sister because my parents keep thinking that I'm going to become what they think LGBT people are "obsessive, disoriented, and bad people".
